The service is completely private. You may set it up with one or multiple admins, and you can set it up for reps to have "Read Only" access.
More good news...if someone leaves your staff...all you have to do is delete their access.

If you are in any situation where you need to be able to share files with other people, then an extranet might help you. Most people think of extranets as being only for businesses, but they could also have private uses, such as sharing stuff with distant relatives, or enabling the officers of a club or society to share documents.
